我是從哲學散文那處被引導過來，請問這裡的站長是J.J Lin嗎？

我是對現況感到徹底絕望的人，我不想再拖累人和繼續我的人生。我有一些問題想問，希望你會看到，希望你會回答。

1.怎樣才可以讓自已在下一次輪迴時，有一個較好的軀殼、或者堅強而有力的心靈？而不是精神有缺陷？我在終止生命前這段短暫日子，我可以/應該預先做點什麼？

2.我能不能選擇回到跟現在相近的時間「輪迴」(而不是要過幾十或幾百年後)？又或者，我可不可以「重來一次」(死後回到出生的時候，但保留記憶，再活一次)?

3.怎樣才可以讓自己下一世保留著現在這一世的記憶，作為警惕？

4.又或者，現在，怎樣才可以將我整個人的內在(e.g.思維、性格、本性)徹底改變，完全沒有我，「重生」變成另一個人、一個好很多的人??
